Delivery and Payment Methods

1. Delivery Method and Conditions

Ordered goods are delivered via the courier company Ekont to:

  • an address specified by the customer, or
  • an office of the courier company

Orders are processed after confirmation by Outdoor Trading Ltd.

Delivery timeframes:
The standard delivery time is 1–2 business days, depending on:

  • the destination location
  • product availability
  • Orders placed by 15:00 on a business day are processed on the same day
  • Orders placed after 15:00 or on non-working days are processed on the next business day

In case of delays (out of stock, logistical reasons, etc.), the customer will be promptly informed.

Delivery cost:
The delivery cost is calculated automatically upon order completion, according to the courier company’s tariffs, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Transfer of risk:
The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the customer at the moment they are received by the customer or by a third party designated by them.

2. Payment Methods

2.1. Postal Money Transfer / Cash on Delivery (COD)
Payment is made in cash or by bank card upon receipt of the goods from the courier.

The shipment is sent as a postal money transfer in accordance with applicable legislation. In this case:

  • no fiscal receipt is issued by the merchant
  • you receive a receipt/payment document from the courier, which serves as proof of payment

2.2. Payment via ePay.bg
After order confirmation, you will be redirected to the ePay.bg platform, where you can complete the payment through your account.

2.3. Payment by Debit or Credit Card
Payment is made through a secure BORICA payment page.

Card details are not stored by Outdoor Trading Ltd.

2.4. Bank Transfer
With this method, payment is made in advance to the merchant’s bank account.

  • The order is processed after the payment is received
  • The customer receives an invoice for the payment
  • Bank details are provided in the order confirmation email

2.5. Payment upon Personal Pickup
When collecting goods from the office of Outdoor Trading Ltd. / Outdoor & Camping Comfort, payment can be made:

  • in cash
  • via POS terminal (debit/credit card)

2.6. Purchase in Installments
We offer the option to purchase in installments through:

  • TBI Bank
  • UniCredit Consumer Financing
  • BNP Paribas

The credit terms are determined by the respective financial institution.

3. Important Information

Please keep the document confirming your payment (receipt, payment slip, or invoice).
This document is required for:

  • claims and complaints
  • warranty service

Outdoor Trading Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order in cases of:

  • incorrect customer data
  • inability to deliver
  • out-of-stock products
