Connectivity and control

The integrated GX device features a 2 × 16-character display for monitoring battery, inverter and solar-controller parameters. Wi-Fi allows configuration and control from a smartphone or another Wi-Fi-enabled device. Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity provide access to Victron Remote Management (VRM) for remote monitoring, settings changes and alarm notifications.

The VE.Direct connection communicates with the SmartSolar MPPT controller, while VE.Bus controls the MultiPlus-II inverter/charger and supports system integration, parallel operation and three-phase configurations. The BMS-Can port can be used to connect a compatible CAN-bus managed battery.
